Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I think it's that Snape shields the trio from Lupin (werewolf version). That is definetly not in the book so maybe in the 7th one, Snape will actually protect Harry. She didn't say it would cause problems. She said that it predicts something happening in the 7th book.
