Let's gather and talk about Harry Potter...?

I am anticipating Deathly Hallows a lot right now and I want to see what your personal thoughts are on what may happen. I thought that maybe Harry or his scar may be a horcrux, so he would have to kill himself in order to destroy Voldemort. Someone else mentioned that Neville may end up being the actual "chosen one" and not Harry. There are so many interesting views...will you please share yours? thanks.

..something else I always thought was if Filch's cat was really his wife or something? Or like his past lover but something happened to her? Her name is Mrs Norris and in the books she is usually pointed out as strange/mysterious..even in one of the HP video games it said something like "she was a strange cat..." why would they mention so much about her if she isn't important somehow?
