What's good software for fixing photos.?

Question:

What's good software for fixing photos.?

Right now i have photo exploror, which is ok, but i want to erase wrinkles and blimishes, and phone lines in photos. I was at best buy and saw this software that did it, but now i can't remember what it was called. any suggestions?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Try The Gimp. It's free and it does most of the things that photoshop can do. Yes it takes some time to get used to, but it's worth it!

Download it here. First download the GTK environment and install it and then gimp.
