Holga help, photos are blurry?

Holga help, photos are blurry?

Why do my holga pictures come out blurry? I modified my holga 120s to use 35mm film. But when i recieved my photos, they were all blurry. This came to great odds, because i know for a fact it wasn't me, something has to be going on with my camera. it's really new and i haven;t cleaned or anything. I do have a steady hand, because i do take frequent pictures with my cannon. Anyone have any suggestions?
