Question:

If you were to read an auto-biography....?

how would you want it presented to you. Any suggestions on how to make a book readable for you?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I ghost wrote an autobiography.
To make it readable, make lots of "white space" or dialogue. Of course the dialog is invented, because nobody can recall actual dialogue, but it is based on reality.
Also, make frequent section breaks instead of long rambling transitions getting from one life period to another.
Use fiction techniques in the actual writing.
I think first person can make a book more immediate and interesting to read, so the auto-biographical POV is a no brainer.
