Question:

Dancing for a cause..?

i am organizing a function for my community, it will be sort of like a festival and all the money will go to homeless people in the area. it is taking a while to organize but its coming along. I'm hosting it at a local community center that has allowed me to use its grounds for the festival. I have organized amny things such as plays, clothes & accesorie stands, and a few agricultulture people are setting up petting zoo's and selling produce. There will be a moon bounce for kids & many other craft actitvities, although I do need help creating a dance routine for the local dance team, it is the one performance that i am actually in, i need to find a good popualr song that is easy to put moves to and i also need some moves, so if you could provide a website or even an explanation of moves I will be mot grateful. Thanks for your time =]

OK that should definitely get you started in the right direction!

I think a hip hop dance is your best bet because you can use a modern song that lots of people are familiar with. There's always Shakira's "Hips Don't Lie" as a song idea, but I think if you just spend some time listenin g to a Top 40 type radio station you'll hear a song you'll want to dance to and ta-da!

Good luck!
