Question:

Canada and Inter-American Solidarity?

Where can I find info on whether Canada signed the "Declaration of Principles of Inter-American Solidarity and Cooperation" at Buenos Aires in 1936?

I believe Canada did but need a source.

Thank-

Joseph - I have that info and more...I need a "source" of absolute proof - a list of signatories would do that.

Google and Wiki are not even proper sources for 4th grade.

I have searched through government archives and historical works in my own library....maybe someone has more personal resources on Canadian documents than I?

Also, it would NOT be a treaty! There is little in the way of international agreements between nations of the Western Hemisphere of the period that is not a "Declaration," as opposed to a treaty.
