Splits....?

I have been trying to learn how to do splits and i get that you are suppose to tain for loke 15 mins a day in the middle of the day going as far down as you can... and it should take 2 weeks or so... but which way do u stretch like do u do it to the side or faceing forward like wich one of the both ways?


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: something thats a little easier is going up against a wall spread ur legs out to the sides and scoot as close to the wall as u can right as it starts hurting stay there for 15 min everyday do this and ull eventually be so flexible that ur lower half can go completely against the wall without it hurting at all
