Can anyone help me find a poem?

I dont know who has written it or what it is called,but all I know is it goes alittle something like this---{ You fall in love with him,he changes everything about you and your life,then you loose him.Another man comes in your life,you fall in love with him but everything he does makes you want to be with you're first love }.I'm not sure if those are the exact words but they are pretty close.Does anyone know what the poem is?
