The climax occurs when between Teabing and Langdon. The puzzle is opened by Langdon -- Teabing doesn't know this -- and then breaks it; Teabing thinks it all is lost and he's arrested.

Everything else, while relevant to the plot, is resolution and discovery. The two biggest things we learn are that:
1 - Sophie is a descendant of Christ and Mary Magdaline through the Merovingian bloodline.

2 - The "Grail" (ie: Mary Magdaline's remains) are hidden below the inverted pyramid at the Louvre Museum in Paris (the symbol pointing to this being the "V").
