Has "El Gato" by Jimmy Santiago Baca been published anywhere? If so, where?

I've seen a video of Baca reading his poem "El Gato" at the Geraldine R. Dodge Poetry Festival. But, try as I might, I can't find out where/if it's been published. When I say published, I mean in a book, not on the web. I've found it on the web but am not sure if it is completely correct. I'm studying to be a high school English teacher, and this poem strikes me as a "must-read" for inner city students. Any help anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
