What do you think of my drawing?

I am trying to get an apprentice position at a tattoo shop, I have been drawing since I was a young girl, but really steadily drawing for the last two years, I do mostly " tattoo " style art ( Snakes, hearts, flames, dice, etc) I have really been practicing on faces and portraits, s I drew this and I was wondering what you all thought....Please be honest and for those who want to be cruel or snotty, don't bother. Thanks

To all who have answered so far, thank you, and I appreciate the thoughts, and I would like to leave this comment....I wasn't drawing this particular picture to be a tattoo, I just said that I want to tattoo. This is only my fifth or sixth drawing of a face. Again I want to thank you all.
