How do you learn to read piano music faster?

I can read music but not very fast. I use my ears more. How can I read faster? Any valuable tips besides practicing alot?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Two simple words....read ahead. You should be reading at least two beats or a measure ahead of what you are playing. This comes with practicing the piece you are working on, and practicing reading ahead.

Oh and to you and all those people out there that think you can get somewhere without lots of practice.....it can't be done.
