Can anyone please explain the 300 Spartans Battle?

i wanna know what were the sizes of the persian forces and the allied forces(spartans,thespian..etc)... and how they managed to fight the persian forces.
Cuz i saw the movie and i felt it was racist....it looked as if some white superioritists made the movie. They could have stuck a swastika on their armors as well.

well they can keep the racism out of the movie at least....they know its the modern world.
