Does Erik, The Phantom of the Opera, Have a last name?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: In the book and in the movie, Erik's last name is never revealed. But I'd assume he has one since he once had a family. I wouldn't be surprised if he blocked them and their name from his mind for how they treated him though.
