What happened to Amazon's "kids review" form for books?

What happened to Amazon's "kids review" form for books?

My 13-year-old would really like to know--he liked reviewing and reading reviews of books. Thanks!

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: As far as I know, it's still there. I went to write a review the other day and there was a place right at the top of the regular review that reads:
Write Your Own Review
Under 13? Use our Kids' Review Form.
I just clicked that to see if there was a problem with the link, but looks okay.
I also wanted to write a review for a book, but I clicked on a version that was just coming out - wouldn't allow me to do a review for a pre-order. Maybe he ran into something like this?
Also, Amazon has been having quite a few problems as of late, so that could have been it, too.
