Question:

Where were you when the 9-11 attacks struck?

Where were you when the 9/11/01 attacks struck? Do you think people have forgotten about what happened on that day? After that day everyone seemed to be a lot nicer, and united- Do you still see that happening??

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I was in NYC, on the streets, watching the buildings coming down. Obviously not a forgettable incident. Briefly afterwards, most of the world was both sympathetic and eager to help in any way they could. There were messages of shock, anger, unity and support from all over the globe. Unfortunately, Bush squandered all of that good feeling and turned it into contempt, disappointment and hostility. We had an AMAZING opportunity to unify with and receive co-operation from hundreds of nations, and he blew it for us.
Most of us will never forgive him for it.
