Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I just try and put myself in the position of the character. why is he/she crying? how would you feel? and imagine that happening to you. if this doesnt work, just think of somethig that is really sad to you or something terrible happening then imagine it happening to you. soon, it will become easy.
