Does my photo question make any sense?

I have a photograph from my school yearbook a couple years ago. It's not in color, it's gray. Is there any way I can use my computer to make it a color photograph? Thanks.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: If you have PhotoShop, you can scan in the picture, and then add layers of transparent color to make it look like it was in color.
