Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Make sure that you....spot, point your toe, keep your posse, plie before you turn, keep your arms rounded and still, don't wind up before you turn, hold in your stomach, keep your back strait, put your shoulders down, and keep your knee on your standing leg strait.
Women's core (what helps them turn) is their stomach muscles so my creating a strong center (stomach muscles) will help you turn.
You also need to make sure that you practice for a couple minutes each day and for about two or three times a week practice for about 20-30 minutes.
It takes time, but don't worry you will eventually be able to do multiple turns. Don't push yourself or get frustrated because you might have some off days or get angry at yourself easy. Don't worry, that happens to everyone! GOOD LUCK!
