Colors that complement each other?

I need a designer/color coordinator for my website.
I've been told the colors don't compliment each other, and to rid myself of the scan lines. Can someone recommend a few colors that could be used in place of the existing ones?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Ok, that color scheme is whats called Analogous meaning the colors are all very similar. The cool pastel blue dominant color is giving your site a very calming effect. However, the typeset is aggressive in your header but bland and blocky throughout the rest of the page. I suggest you try changing the fonts by allowing the styles to compliment each other, then change the images after wards. If you don't fix the font problem, no color scheme will make it seem right.
