How do you like this one?

Broken and bleeding,
Tears slip down my cheeks.
I thought it was a beginning,
I was wrong.

My heart is still beating,
It was just a few weeks.
I thought it might be something;
I was wrong.

The grass must be greener,
On his side of the fence.
He doesn't even whisper
Through the hole anymore.
