Does everyone of our actions effect the timeline of our lives?

can anything from making a choice to eat eggs in the morning to going out to the movies at a certain time effect the entire course of our lives. Or can the choices we make only effect us to a point and then eventually we return to the original timeline of events that would of happend anyway. how far can one action effect someone?

Whether these are concious decisions, or made in our subconcious, those actions will have some effect. While each of every choice has its own following effects, those lines may eventually intersect, so the decision to eat eggs rather than oatmeal in the morning could alter a person's life forever, but could alternately only change some menial events, and then re-link with the other path.
However, one choice given to a particular person under certain circumstances, the person would choose, of his own volition, only one choice, and while there are many possible paths, only one can be taken, and that one is, in essence, the only path, as it is the only one which will come into reality.
