Title and author of book please?

In the book there is this princess and a prince. They are being forced to marry and somehow fall into a bird bath. They wake up on an island and are taking boats or maybe a bus like thing to another island.

The girl is really into, but the guy is not. Also, I think this book has the girl who has this power to make believe whatever she wants into reality.

I started to read it in like 4th grade and didn't finish it. It is driving me crazy. Thanks for the help. Oh, if it helps the book was under 'fantasy' in the library.
