What are the royalties on an 10$ paperback novel?

10% or more? I'm curious to know what the profit margin for a paper back novel is like.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: it all really depends on the agreement and contract you have worked out with the publisher and agent.. but I think 10% sounds reasonable.. that's only 1.20 on a 12$ book.
