Who do you think is the muggle that will perform magic late in life???J.K.Rowling said that it is not Harry's aunt , so I'm thinking Dudley , mainly because the only other muggles really mentioned are Mr.Dursley and Mrs,Weasly's accountant relative that is hardly mentioned.But if I forgot someone let me know.And please,it is just a question so to the hardcore harry potter fans,relax.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I'm setting my bet on Uncle Vernon... he has to have a taste of what he put Harry through and magic can do that for him. He hates MAGIC just like anybody hates cockroaches... it is the awakening that he'll need to show Harry some love.
