Little white orbs?

Little white orbs?

In some pictures I've seen these little white orbs all over the place. I see them a lot in photos taken at night. Some people say that these things are spirits or ghosts, but is there any other scientific explaination to these white orbs?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Dust on the lens can often create this effect. It is also caused by reflective items in the picture.

However, I do believe that spirits CAN show up in photos in this form. Do not rule this out completely. But, I, too, always look for scientific explanations before jumping to that conclusion. Good for you! :-)
