I'm looking for a HQ image database.?

I'm looking to start a fansite, or two, for some teen stars. I've been looking everywhere to find places like wireimage and gettyimage to get pictures but can't seem to find any good ones!

Does anyone know of places, such as the ones above, that will let me join and use pictures for free? They must be 'clean', also. Nothing inappropriate, please.

All these fansites seem to be able to get photos left and right but it's almost impossible to find the websites. =/

You might want to try looking on certain forums for HQ pictures. Forum members with access usually repost HQ images from wire images, getty image, etc.
