I need an opinion on the Meditations by Marcus Aurelius?

Which version is the best and by that I mean who gives the best and most accurate translation in your opinion for me to buy?

I like a hard read so I don??t want a ??dumbed down?? translation.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: An affordable edition with a good translation by Grube can be bought from Hackett Publishing.

If you want to spend a little more, I also recommend the Loeb version, translation by Haines. You will find the Greek on one side with the English translation on the other. This is helpful for when you have questions about the translation.
