I know that Walmart, Walgreens, etc. will not copy professional prints.?

I was just wondering how the photo restoration people, legally get away with doing virtually the same thing?!?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: you can legally copy any photo which you have a copyright release form for. these are fairly easy to obtain just ask
Photos made before 1972 are not covered that may be 1978
When in doubt I call the PPA (Professional Photographers of America) they are more than willing to help out they are also the group which would help prosecute the case.
