Is it harder to break into the acting and modeling industry in Japan, China, or America?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: It's the hardest in China. There's a talent pool of 1.6 billion people. Additionally, most of the print models I see in China are white. I would say it's easier to be a famous model in China by living in America.

The Japanese modeling industry is dominated by the USA. A professional model I know lives and works in Los Angeles, but is only known in Japan. Since the Japanese fashion industry works pretty closely with the USA, they probably both about the same as far as difficulty goes. They're both working from the same talent pool. Japan imports tons of American models.

Many of the beautiful girls in China and Japan would kill for the opportunity just to try in America, so this question should be easy. If you are lucky enough to be able to try in America, that's the only place you should care about.
