Harmony is being at peace...with everyone and everything...and most of all...being at peace with yourself...If you're not at peace with yourself, you can not be at peace with anyone or anything.....

Now, in order to paint that, I would just go somewhere.. that is quiet, and clear my mind... I would then paint whatever comes to mind....... :)
