Question:

What was your favorite Harry Potter book?

What was your favorite of the Harry Potter books so far? (Please no answers like 'the 7th one' it hasn't came out yet dear. Or no negative comments on Harry Potter. If you dont like Harry Potter DONT say 'none.' just ignore and leave.)

My personal favorite was the 5th. It was heartbreaking with Sirius's death. I cried for a day. :(
But yet it was by far the most interesting. All the odd events and tasks that happened.

The Order of the Phoenix could almost be considered....The Begining of the End.

What was your favorite HP book?

Also what was your favorite movie?
I personally can't decide between the first three....The Philosopher's stone(Sorcerer's), The Chamber of Secrets or the Prisoner of Azkaban. They were all excellent. I was a little disappointed with the 4th though.
What was your favorite movie?

(NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS! Please!)

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: you're so right, OoTP is the Beginning of the End!

its my favorite book too, what with Umbridge bitching up the place, the true loyalties of the students coming out, the idea to stand together and fight as one, Fred and George giving their legendary send-off, the intensity of the scenes in Snape's private lessons, and the tragic climax at which we lose Sirius (fav character ever!).

but the first time reading it, I actually didn't think that much of it. Harry was always lashing out and I didn't like reading about whiney, emo 15 year olds, lol. But now that Harry's older (and so am !) I can appreciate it for the coming-of-age story it is.
