Those two are really good sites, but depending on what type of art genre you are interested in, there are more specific sites such as flikr.com (more towards photography), furaffinity.net (for the antho people), elfwood.com (fantasy oriented), etc., each specializing in sub-categories of art.

EDIT: I also found albinoblacksheep.com, though I didn't explore it
