I never heard of a bachelor in signs unless you bachelor of arts in sign language? do you mean bachelor of science?

A BFA (bachelor in fine arts) is usually for majors in the art field, like drama theatre, film, art history, fashion design etc. A BS(Bachelor of Science) is usually for majors in sciences, like biology, mathematics, nutrition and food science, chemistry, etc.
