Young band of 14 & 15 year olds, just formed in January. I need to know what tasks are involved in managing this band.

lots of motivation and a little bit of brainwashing, schedule practice that is convenient for all of them and make sure u decide on the time and day according to their schedule, u have to keep them interested, thats all, and keep them updated of the group's progress......
