Try not to think too much and focus on something really simple.
An emoticon, an image, anything that comes into mind is a potential idea.

The more comfortable you feel with it, the more it shows you it's "all about you"

You can even think of it as a living thing if it helps.

Just try to stop thinking about how you are... and start feeling it. It should come naturally by then.
