How to talk, dress and act like a ...?
Girly Girl,
Hippy,
Gangster,
Emo/Goth/Punk
I need to know for a character I am creating/playing (girl) who is always obsessed with the latest fads n trends and so any help on how to create these sorta characters or what you have observed about these sorta people would be great! :D
I don't need you to create the character, I'm just asking for a little advice seeing as I am none of those people and need to get into their mindset better :)

girly girl is completely obsessed with the latest clothes and is usually rich so that she can keep up with the new clothes
-i agree, you should watch mean girls or sleepover, they have girly girls and their habits
hippy usually knows all there is to know how to save the earth and is a vegan or vegitarian she will strong willed and will make sure that the world will be saved or something along those lines
-watch that's so raven, it's a tv show, keep and eye on chelsea, the red head, she's kinda like a hippy, more of an enviromentalist, but i kinda put them in the same category
gangster, i suggest that you listen to rap and gang movies so that you get a better feel of what you need to know. oh and just in case you need to know alot of their slang have more than one meaning so be careful about what you say
-watch any movies that, no offense to anyone, star black people. sadly enough, it is tru that those kinds of movies star black people. uhm try ATL and you got served, i know it's a dance movie, but i like it so i'm just trying to spread the love lol
emo-punk-goth i don't think that goths actually have a particular way of talking, but they like the all black kind of thing. goths at my school wear long cloaks, like those kinds of things vampires where
some goths or punks are skaters, but not all are and not all skaters are goths, just wanna get thet across
-it's an old movie but try "the craft" it's a good movie and the goth works well for the stereotype and watch any vampire movie, they're bound to have a goth or emo
y don't you talk to people who are classified like that? if you hang out with them, you'll get to know them and pick up theyre way of talking and that might help
