O.k there is all sorts of options for you to be able to do this.
First off what does your father's Company do?
I need to know this in order to attempt to come up with a suitable name.
There are a lot of sites that have free software with templates for the use of business cards.
If you have a printer, you can then print them out yourself.
Go to Business Depot or an Office Supply Place and purchase the Paper of your choosing. The sheets already have the perforations to divide the cards once you have printed them.

Go on line and type in free business card templates into your search engine, you will get a lot of hits.
On line, Microsoft has great templates as does HP printer,
