Opinions on the movie "The Hours"?

I find it an interesting adapation of yet another adaptation... what do you think? Thanks for your opinion in advance!

Well, to tell you the truth, I really think that there was too much hoopla over this movie. It was good, but at some points the movie seemed cliche to the point that it appeared cliche to me. It could have been much better. Mind you, I watched a long time ago, but now that I think about it, it really didn't make an impact on me. I do, however, think that Meryl Streep's performance was just wonderful.
