Why the hell are we dying to gain points? Is it going to help us in any way?

Some try to earn points thinking that those who are earning points must be gaining some reward.
Some think that they can gain an experiece wiith a new game. Some whant to show their knowledge or intelligence. Some try to help others by giving free advice to others.
Some picks up knowledge. Some do not have anything worthwhile to da for all the working hows. Some get addicted to answering. Some earn ponits to ask questions later.
Very few people earn points for the sake earning points.
Most choose one or more reasons to earn points.
