I have this feeling like i want to write but i can't think of anything to write about. Ideas anyone?

I just feel this need to keep writing. But the thing is, I can't think of anything to write down or even copy down. I just really want to write something, anything. Could anyone please give me any advice as to what I could try to write about or anything good to copy down or something?
