Can anyone help me find this poem?

I think it's titled The Wall (no it's not Frosts Mending Wall.
It starts out "I built a wall that was so small it seemed to matter really none at all..." and it goes on to say that basically every hurt in this persons life was another stone in the wall till the wall grew and grew... Please help me find it, I remember it from when I was young and would like to find it again.
