Can anyone tell me who wrote the poem, "Always Finish"?

The first line of the poem is, "If a task is once began..." My daughter is trying to find out who wrote it. I have had no luck so far.

Always Finish. Author Unknown. If a task is once begun. Never leave it till it's done. ... head....never knew it was a poem until now...think they stole it ...
