Quite a lot, especially the Latin. Martin Luther regularized the spelling and grammar of German when he translated the Bible around 1534. Luther was well grounded in Greek and Latin, which heavily influenced his choices regarding German grammar. I don't know Greek, so I can't comment on it, but I know you will find much in German that echoes Latin.
