SS/HG Harry Potter FanFic. I'm looking for a certain one!?

All I can remember about this fanfiction is that it's in the Harry Potter universe, it's SS/HG, and at the very end they're standing in the back of the Great Hall watching their youngest get sorted. I know, it's an odd pairing, but it's a truly wonderful story! If you know of this story, please let me know! Thanks!
