To thine own self be true means first off to take stock of who you are, who you have become due to the decisions you have made so far in life. Then confront yourself with what you have found and decide if that is who you really want to be for the rest of your life.

Be honest about who you are, what strenght's and weakness you currently have and the decided who you want to become and make a plan of action and carry it out.

It is more then just a mere reflection it is a way of life and of learning.
