Being one who is artistic. Is this something that you are just gifted with, or can it be developed or tapped into??

It is my opinion that everyone is gifted with creativity one way or another. Whether it is art, music, writing etc. Whether you tap into it or not depends on you. Now if you are wanting to tap into more than one talant it will take some work. Just remember you can't be perfect at everything all the time
