My heart battles everyday
just to keep on going on the same way
and its battle i will always fight
i just hope i never lose
and make it so that
i will no longer be here
with you
You know
I love you
I will miss you
when you are gone
I will never forget
that sweet smile of yours
and i will keep battling with my heart
everyday just to keep on
seeing you.

i really liked it. do you have a title? if you don't i'd try something along the lines of 'the battle' (yeah i know its pretty obvious but it fits well). you did a really good job with the line length - the shorter lines add more articulation and make it more interesting and i like that a lot. :) to be honest i cant really think of much constructive criticism.
