Add angel wings to photos?

I wanted to know if someone knew how I could add angel wings to a photo. Maybe a free software. My sons father passed and I wanna make a nice photo.

Well get a program like adobe photoshop and you should be able to put it in your picture by then.Its a great program that has alot of features and also grahics.
